"I believe in loving kindness, compassion and inclusion for all. I believe in community holding space for each other so that we can collectively heal and offer the highest version of ourselves to the greater good." |
I believe mindfulness and movement are the “fountains of youth”. As long as we keep moving but also take time to look around we will find fulfillment and contentment in our lives. |
Kimberly McGlashonCertified Yoga Teacher
Kimberly is a certified 200hr Yoga Teacher who discovered the power of yoga over 15 years ago. A gym-goer for nearly 4 decades, sports enthusiast and Taekwondo student, Kimberly sought out yoga as a way to slow down physically and mentally. Taking her personal practice to the next level of understanding, she has recently completed her yoga teacher training and is excited to share this ancient practice with others who, like her, seek to find balance in life.
Kimberly’s professional career is in Finance/Administration in an agency that supports adults with developmental disabilities. She has learned that the differences in all of us are what make us beautiful. Acceptance of ourselves and others is truly a gift. Kimberly has lived in the area for most of her life raising her two children with her husband, Glenn. |
