Reformer Pilates Group Classes
The Reformer is a fabulous piece of Pilates Apparatus which helps to add resistance, strengthen and tone, creating long lean muscles. This is demanding and precise work, not to be rushed or done without concentration and control.
Reformer classes require students to have a basic knowledge of Pilates, and the equipment you will be working on. For new students interested in attending our Group Reformer Classes, we have two options to get you ready to roll.

1:1 Intro to Reformer Private Session
For those who are new to Pilates, you are encouraged to book a private training session with Alaria Ritchie, Living Well Movement's Lead Instructor. In this 55 Minute session, you will learn, the Basic Principles of Pilates, how to safely use a reformer, including a thorough walk through of the Pilates machine. Click here to book now

Intro to Group Reformer Class
We will hold a new Introduction class every month, to give new clients an opportunity to join a reformer group class without having previous experience. In this 55 Minute class, you will learn, the Basic Principles of Pilates on the Mat, a thorough walk through of the Reformer machine, safety and care, and a few beginner exercises. All exercises in this lesson are completed at a pace perfect for beginners, with detailed instruction.

After your Intro Private Session or Group Class, you are welcome to join any Reformer Pilates - Level 1 class on the schedule!

Group Reformer Class Details
We currently run 2 levels of Reformer Pilates classes, there are 6 spaces available for each class, so you must book early to reserve your place. Previous experience is required for Reformer classes, please contact us with questions about getting started.
Reformer Pilates - the Essential level 1 programming of STOTT PILATES Repertoire, resistance and refined movement together make this workout one of the best you have ever had.
Intermediate Reformer - Intermediate level 2 programming of STOTT PILATES Repertoire, adding in more coordination, choreography and tempo will make you glow!
