Hormonal fluctuations, emotional fluctuations, hot flashes, stress, general aches and pains, headaches and more can be what women go through as they make this transition in life. Learn about Yoga as a Holistic Lifestyle Practice and how this Self Care System leads the way to you being your best self every day. This workshop will provide you with a general go-to selection of poses that can help with many of these symptoms. We will take you through a 30-minute practice of gentle hatha yoga poses in a creative and pleasant sequence. As well as additional asana/poses to address any specific or personal concerns. |
