Join our Yoga and Foot Health Workshop where we will work on some exercises for your feet and learn about how yoga poses can affect us from the ground up. This interactive and informative workshop is packed with great tips and tools as well as a fun foot focused yoga practice, you can take home! |
Pilates and Pelvic Health WorkshopSaturday, August 17th, at 10am-12pm, $45.
One of the fabulous things about Pilates is that it helps to build core awareness, and also pelvic and core strength. We'll talk about all the muscles and bones in the pelvis and more! Learn some pelvic floor awareness techniques as well as toning Pilates exercises for the entire pelvic girdle and spine. Having some incontinence issues?, don't be shy you are not alone, peeing when you laugh or cough does not have to leave you feeling embarrassed. Let’s talk about it, and work on changing it! Please bring a Mat and water bottle.

If you have heard about core training, no need to go further, Pilates teaches you how to engage your core the way nature intended.
