Candlelight Healing Restorative Yoga -
Sun, Feb 5th at 6-8pm Register Here Join Tricia Summersby for this Healing Restorative workshop. You will be led through a peaceful, nourishing restorative yoga class and meditation by candlelight. This workshop is about rest and renewal; focusing on slowing things down and self-love and kindness. Leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Limited to 10 participants. Open to all levels including those new to yoga. Exchange: Early bird $40 to Feb 1st or $45 after Feb 1st Bring: warm blanket, warm socks, wear comfortable clothing, and if you have one bring a yoga mat, blocks, bolster, journal if you wish. |
