Introducing our signature Meditation in Movement Series: this 4-week Meditation series explores meditation in movement, with a variety of body mind practices, based in breath awareness and mindfulness. Wk 1 Meditative Yoga Wk 2 Meditative Music, Sound and Dance Wk 3 Meditative Somatic Movement Wk 4 Moving Meditation in your Daily Life Imagine being fully present in your body and feeling all the feels, sensing your surroundings, being alive, alert and engaged with your body mind and spirit. You can register for all or just one of these classes, we recommend you do all in the series. |
